About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations and provide exceptional customer service
  • Handle office administration including filing, correspondence, and record keeping

  • Provide administrative support to various departments and branch personnel
  • Oversee petty cash management, receipting, and conduct basic financial reconciliations
  • Monitor vehicle usage and manage fuel consumption records

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of finance and accounting principles or relevant financial administration experience
  • At least three years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
