This full-time position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage daily office functions and provide essential support to sales, logistics, finance, and management teams. You will play a vital role in maintaining smooth internal operations, particularly focusing on coordination between Zambia and the DRC.

Key Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant Jobs in Kitwe

  • Office and General Administration: Oversee daily office operations, maintain supplies and equipment, handle communications professionally, and organize appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements including visas and accommodations.
  • Sales and Procurement Support: Assist with preparing commercial documents such as quotations and contracts, process customer orders and invoices, coordinate shipment tracking, and support vendor management and procurement activities.
