We are recruiting for the following full-time roles:

Accounts Officer

The Accounts Officer will be instrumental in managing the university’s financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. This role also involves preparing financial reports, reconciling statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, supporting audits, and managing financial systems. The successful candidate will work closely with senior financial management and may be assigned additional tasks to support the university’s financial operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university, or a professional accounting certification such as ZICA/CA or ACCA.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within an academic or similar institutional environment.
• Registered Member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).

Tutor

The Tutor will support student learning by delivering tutorials, practical sessions, and providing academic guidance within their area of expertise. Responsibilities include assisting with teaching activities, promoting student engagement and academic development, contributing to assessments, and participating in departmental and academic support functions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBChB or MMED degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar teaching or tutoring role.
