Java Foods Limited, a leading manufacturer of quality food products in Zambia, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Lusaka. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead our marketing efforts, foster brand growth, and enhance market penetration and customer engagement.
About the Marketing Manager Role
As a Marketing Manager at Java Foods, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and growth plans. You will lead integrated campaigns across multiple channels—including digital, social media, print, and traditional media—to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
You will also conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, protect and manage the company’s brand identity, and mentor the marketing team to meet departmental goals. Managing the marketing budget and collaborating closely with sales and other departments to support product launches and promotions will be key components of your role.
Key Responsibilities for Marketing Manager Jobs in Lusaka
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, outdoor, and traditional channels.
- Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
- Manage and protect the company’s brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve set objectives.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and ROI.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, website management, online advertising, SEO, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with Sales and other departments to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Professional marketing certifications such as CIM or Digital Marketing qualifications are advantageous.
- 5 to 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or consumer goods sectors.
- At least 3 years in a marketing leadership or management capacity.
- Proven track record in brand management and delivering integrated marketing campaigns successfully.

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
