Landscape Designer Opportunity – Join Our Growing Team

We are actively hiring a creative and experienced Landscape Designer/Architect to contribute to our residential real estate development projects, villa landscaping, courtyard enhancements, and public green space designs in Lusaka. This role offers the chance to lead the design and implementation of diverse landscape projects that enrich our community’s outdoor living spaces.

Key Responsibilities for Landscape Designer

  • Design residential courtyards, villa gardens, public areas, and small-scale landscape projects with attention to aesthetics and functionality.
  • Lead and supervise landscape construction to ensure quality and adherence to design plans.
  • Develop detailed courtyard layouts, space planning, planting concepts, paving designs, and landscape feature specifications.

Qualifications and Skills for Landscape Designer Jobs in Lusaka

  • Diploma or degree in Landscape Design, Garden Design, Environmental Art Design, Architecture, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in courtyard or villa garden design, residential greening, or similar landscaping roles is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of courtyard planning, planting design, paving materials, and outdoor space structuring.

Tax Officer Role Overview

The Tax Officer will manage all tax compliance matters, including preparation and timely submission of tax returns, liaising with Zambia Revenue Authority, maintaining accurate tax records, and ensuring the company’s adherence to evolving tax legislation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare and review VAT, PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, and other relevant tax returns.
  • Monitor tax payments and obligations to avoid penalties.
  • Maintain compliance calendars and coordinate statutory filings.
  • Manage business licenses, permits, and certifications ensuring timely renewals.
  • Prepare fortnightly compliance reports and escalate risks to management.

Qualifications and Experience for Tax Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 4 to 8 years of tax experience, preferably across multi-sector environments.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulatory frameworks in Zambia.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting and tax software, along with Microsoft Office.

Finance Manager Position Summary

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial management system, accounting processes, tax compliance, team leadership, and external relationships. This role requires a strategic approach to financial operations aligned with Zambian laws and company objectives.

Finance Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a compliant and efficient financial management system.
  • Supervise preparation and review of financial statements ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate tax management to ensure compliance and optimize tax planning.
  • Manage filing of financial archives and tax documentation.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of the finance team.
  • Maintain relationships with tax authorities, banks, and audit institutions.

Qualifications for Finance Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Financial Management, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications such as ZICA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance, including over 3 years in management roles.
  • Familiarity with Zambian financial laws, tax systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
