The Fleet Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for managing the tipper fleet’s daily operations, monitoring driver performance, and conducting thorough inspections of both drivers and vehicles. This role ensures that all fleet activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining safety and efficiency across the department.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Minimum Diploma in Transport and Logistics or a related discipline.
• Preference given to residents of Chingola, Kitwe, and the Copperbelt region.
• Possession of a valid heavy-duty vehicle driver’s license is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in fleet management or driver supervision within the transport sector.
• Strong familiarity with heavy-duty trucks, safety operation procedures, and road transportation regulations.
• Knowledge of local road conditions, checkpoints, and government agencies such as RDA and RTSA.
• Excellent communication skills, emergency response awareness, and ability to foster team collaboration.
