Role Overview: Sales and Marketing Assistant Jobs in Lusaka

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Assistant. This role offers an excellent platform for recent graduates interested in children’s education, sales, and marketing to gain valuable hands-on experience in a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations at our kiosk located in East Park Mall
• Assist customers in selecting educational products that support child development
• Explain the benefits and appropriate use of learning products
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
• Maintain an organized, attractive, and well-stocked kiosk environment
• Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media and messaging apps
• Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities
• Engage with schools, teachers, and parents to foster community relationships
• Prepare weekly sales and activity reports
• Maintain daily records of sales and expenses

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields; recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage
• Comfortable using and managing social media platforms
• Basic skills in Canva or other content creation and graphic design tools are a plus

Location Requirement
