Position Overview: Sales Lead

As a Sales Lead at Liberty Credit Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving branch profitability and expanding the loan portfolio.   • Plan and implement marketing campaigns including roadshows, activations, exhibitions, and community outreach initiatives.

  • Oversee collections and recovery efforts to ensure timely loan repayments and meet collection targets.
  • Guide customers through loan application processes, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Set performance goals for the sales team and conduct regular reviews to maintain high standards.
  • Monitor branch productivity, operational efficiency, and implement cost control measures.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales, portfolio, and performance reports to management.
  • Develop sales forecasts and comprehensive branch business plans.
  • Safeguard company assets and maintain precise branch records and documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in sales, business development, branch management, or relationship management within financial services, microfinance, banking, or lending institutions.
  • Proven expertise in payroll lending and corporate relationship management.
  • Successful track record in acquiring and managing MOUs or corporate partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively.
