Available Sales Positions and Locations

Sales Officer – Alternative Distribution & Partnerships (Lusaka)

Location: Lusaka

Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Business, Insurance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in insurance, marketing, or financial services
• Strong understanding of financial literacy principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to evaluate financial literacy programmes effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate direct sales and financial literacy initiatives
• Strengthen partnerships with agents and alternative distribution channels
• Drive business growth through innovative sales strategies
• Meet and exceed sales targets while supporting overall sales operations

Sales Officer – South (Direct Business & Brokers)

Location: Southern Region

Qualifications and Experience:

• National Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or insurance
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation

Key Responsibilities:

• Accelerate sales growth through direct business acquisition and broker networks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
• Achieve regional sales and business growth targets

Assistant Sales Officer – South (Travel Insurance)

Location: Southern Region

Qualifications and Experience:

• Higher Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales support or customer service
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient computer literacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and sales support to the regional sales team
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, brokers, and agents
• Process new business applications accurately and efficiently
• Ensure proper documentation and support sales and service objectives
