Position Requirements
Coach Bus Drivers
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Valid PSV and appropriate Driver’s Licence
- Valid Defensive Driving Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience driving coach buses
- Thorough knowledge of road safety regulations and long-distance driving
Mechanics
- Craft Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in Auto Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with buses and heavy-duty vehicles is an advantage
Stores Person (Spares)
- Certificate or Diploma in Stores Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing vehicle spares and inventory
- Strong record-keeping and stock management skills
Sales Persons
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer literacy is an advantage
Safety Officer
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in transport, logistics, or related industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of road transport safety regulations
- Strong skills in reporting, investigation, and risk assessment
Human Resource Officer
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Fully paid-up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Zambian Labour Laws and HR practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
