Sales & Marketing Executives – Sales Marketing Jobs in Lusaka

The Sales & Marketing Executives will be responsible for promoting and selling Nicol Technologies Limited’s products and services, including those of Vroomotive Autobody and affiliated brands. This role requires vehicle damage assessment, quotation preparation, sales closure, and coordination with workshop and accounts teams. Candidates will focus on meeting sales targets, nurturing customer relationships, and enhancing the company’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire customers through outreach, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and damage assessments using company standards.
• Prepare legally compliant quotations including markups and statutory payments.
• Obtain customer approvals and submit repair work orders to workshop and accounts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage customer queries and complaints efficiently.
• Market fabrication, panel beating, mechanical repairs, and vehicle accessories.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns via social media, print, and events.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure quality repair scoping and job completion.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety policies during all operational activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
• Registration with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) is required.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in autobody repair, mechanical services, or vehicle sales.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair, and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet defined KPIs.

Panel Beaters – Join Our Skilled Team

The Panel Beater role involves repairing and restoring vehicle bodywork to meet safety and quality standards. This position requires expertise in damage assessment, panel reshaping, welding, and preparation for painting, contributing directly to Vroomotive’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess vehicle damage and determine repair requirements.
• Remove dents, realign panels, and weld replacement parts accurately.

Skills and Qualifications:
