As a School Principal, you will play a pivotal role in managing the school’s academic and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive leadership and management of academic and administrative operations.
• Motivate and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff to promote professional growth and high performance.
• Develop and implement academic and extracurricular programs that enhance student success.
• Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Education regulations, school policies, and quality assurance standards.
• Promote excellence in teaching, learning, discipline, and student welfare.

• Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field; a Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of five years teaching experience, with at least five years as a school principal preferred.
• Valid teaching qualification or license recognized by the Ministry of Education, Zambia.
• Proven leadership and team management skills in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and implementation for primary and/or secondary education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Effective decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
• High professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
• Experience with school administration systems and educational technology is beneficial.
• Ability to cultivate an inclusive, collaborative, and student-centered school culture.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
