Key Responsibilities

• Gather and report insights on customer interests, challenges, and competitive activities to management.
• Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to tailor solutions for existing and potential customers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve agreed sales targets within set schedules and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and share market intelligence.
• Analyze territory and market potential, tracking sales performance and preparing status reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Welcome customers professionally and maintain a clean, organized working environment.
• Submit monthly sales and activity reports by the 5th of every month.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
