Savvypro Consulting Ltd is seeking a dynamic Social Media and Sales Executive to join our motorcycle and auto spares business based in Lusaka, Zambia. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to drive sales growth by combining engaging social media content creation with exceptional customer relationship management.
About the Role
This position is not a passive administrative role but a growth-oriented opportunity requiring proactive leadership and hands-on involvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and increasing sales by leveraging platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, and Instagram, while also engaging confidently with walk-in customers and leading a small sales team.
Key Responsibilities for Social Media and Sales Executive Jobs in Lusaka
- Content Creation & Marketing: Develop consistent, engaging social media content including captions, videos, product photography, and promotional posts across multiple platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and increase online visibility.
- Sales & Customer Relationship Management: Provide professional assistance to walk-in customers, follow up on inquiries, maintain a comprehensive customer database, and convert leads into sales.
- Leadership & Operations: Supervise and motivate a team of two sales representatives, support them in achieving sales targets, and uphold high standards of customer service in the shop.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who meet the following essential criteria:
- Proven experience in creating compelling social media content and attracting customers online.
- Confidence in direct communication with customers and the ability to lead a small team effectively.
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven approach to work.
Desirable qualifications include experience in auto spares, motorcycles, or retail sales, familiarity with Facebook Ads or boosted campaigns, and proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Meta Business Suite. A portfolio showcasing your content creation is highly advantageous.

Compensation
The salary for this position is K4,000 ZMW per month, negotiable based on proven skills and experience.
