Opportunities for Primary School Teachers in Lusaka

We are seeking four Primary School Teachers to develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Zambian Primary Curriculum. Successful candidates will employ innovative teaching methods to enhance learner participation and academic progress while catering to diverse learning needs, including special education.

• Develop and implement lesson plans, schemes of work, and weekly forecasts based on the Zambian Primary Curriculum
• Prepare teaching materials such as charts and individual work plans
• Conduct assessments, provide constructive feedback, and support learners’ academic development
• Prepare homework assignments, assessments, and end-of-term tests

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate with a minimum of 5 credits, including English, Mathematics, and a Science subject
• Diploma or Degree in Special Education Needs from a recognized institution
• Registration with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) and possession of a valid practicing licence
• At least 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and committed to professional growth
• Christian background is required

Primary Head Teacher Position – Leadership Role in Lusaka
