• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT specialist roles, technical support, system analysis, or network administration.
• Proficiency with operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Strong knowledge of network administration protocols, firewalls, and IT security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Mature, responsible, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
