About the Role: Operations Manager Jobs in Lusaka

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily delivery of pest control services, ensuring strict compliance with Zambia Environmental Management Agency (ZEMA) and Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) regulations. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of service quality, safety, and efficiency across all operational facets.

This is a full-time position based in Lusaka, Zambia.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily pest control operations and manage technician teams effectively.
Ensure adherence to chemical safety protocols and accurate VAT invoicing in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage client contracts, guaranteeing exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Oversee inventory management, fleet logistics, and coordinate emergency response efforts.
Provide operational insights to support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

A degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably within the pest control industry.
Strong leadership abilities combined with a solid understanding of compliance and financial management.
