Available Shift Boss Jobs in Chililabombwe

We have three full-time openings for the role of Shift Boss or Rock Breaker Supervisor (RBS). This critical position demands leadership skills and technical expertise in underground mining operations to ensure safe and efficient shift management.

Shift Boss / RBS – Key Requirements

• Valid Silicosis Certificate – mandatory for underground mining safety compliance.
• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent educational qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in underground mining environments.
• Valid Blasting Licence to handle explosives safely and legally.
• Experience in the Tramming Department is considered an advantage.

Rock Breaker Operator Positions

Additionally, Hanhe Industry Zambia Limited is hiring for three Rock Breaker Operator roles. These full-time positions require candidates with specialized training and experience in underground mining equipment operation.

Rock Breaker Operator – Minimum Qualifications

• Operator’s Training Certificate confirming competence in machinery operation.
• Valid Blasting Licence.
• Valid Silicosis Certificate.
• At least 3 years’ relevant underground mining experience.
