Key Responsibilities for Compliance Inspection Specialist Jobs in Lusaka

• Compliance Audits and Process Reviews: Conduct routine inspections and thorough business process evaluations to verify alignment with company policies, regulatory standards, and internal controls.
• Risk Identification and Mitigation: Analyze operational workflows proactively to uncover potential risks, control weaknesses, and compliance breaches, ensuring timely reporting and resolution.

• Professional Experience: Between 1 to 3 years in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or quality assurance roles.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, corporate governance, and business process analysis with attention to detail.
• Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and professional report-writing skills, capable of conveying complex compliance matters to diverse audiences.
• Professionalism and Tools Proficiency: High integrity and confidentiality standards, self-motivated with the ability to work independently, and proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for on-site inspections as required.
