Role Overview: Research Officer Jobs in Lusaka

As a Research Officer at GNRA, you will play a critical role in designing and executing research projects that inform strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include data collection, analysis, and reporting to provide actionable insights that enhance operational effectiveness across our institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and implement research projects throughout the Group of Companies.
  • Develop and administer questionnaires, surveys, interviews, and other data collection instruments.
  • Conduct field surveys and assessments within the Group’s institutions to gather relevant data.
  • Collect, verify, organize, and maintain accurate and comprehensive research data.
  • Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, preparing detailed reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Present research results to management teams and relevant departments to support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure research activities are completed within established deadlines.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and integrity of all research information and data.
  • Collaborate with various departments to conduct customer satisfaction surveys, employee engagement surveys, market research, and operational assessments.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in research, data collection, monitoring and evaluation, or a comparable field.
  • Experience in conducting surveys and field research is highly advantageous.
