Internship Tracks and Focus Areas

• Software Engineering Track
  Build scalable fintech applications and APIs. Work includes backend and frontend development, mobile apps, API integrations, database optimization, and microservices architecture. Technologies: Java, Kotlin, Python, Spring Boot, React, Angular, Flutter, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Git/GitHub.
• AI, Machine Learning & Automation Track
  Develop intelligent financial services using AI. Projects involve AI-powered support, prompt engineering, credit risk modeling, fraud detection, workflow automation, and generative AI applications. Tools: Python, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Product Design (UI/UX) Track
  Create intuitive digital experiences to enhance customer adoption. Activities include UI design, UX research, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, journey mapping, and usability testing. Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, Miro.
• Data Engineering & Analytics Track
  Transform data into actionable business insights. Responsibilities cover data pipelines, BI dashboards, customer analytics, portfolio reporting, risk analytics, SQL optimization, and visualization. Tools: SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, PostgreSQL.
• DevOps & Cloud Engineering Track
  Build secure and scalable fintech infrastructure. Areas include cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, automation, containerization, monitoring, and platform reliability. Technologies: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Terraform.
• Cybersecurity & Information Security Track
  Safeguard customer data and ensure compliance. Tasks include security testing, vulnerability assessments, secure coding reviews, identity management, and monitoring. Knowledge: OWASP, ethical hacking, secure development, network security.
• Quality Assurance & Test Engineering Track
  Ensure delivery of reliable fintech products. Work involves manual and automated testing, API and performance testing, regression testing, and documentation. Tools: Postman, Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestRail.
• Product Management & Digital Innovation Track
  Bridge business and technology to deliver impactful solutions. Activities include product research, requirements gathering, market analysis, feature prioritization, agile planning, testing, and benchmarking. Skills: business analysis, agile methods, product thinking, communication, analytics.

Cross-Track Learning and Exposure

Regardless of the chosen track, interns will gain exposure to key fintech domains such as digital lending, embedded finance, digital payments, financial inclusion, APIs and open banking, artificial intelligence, agile software development, design thinking, data privacy, cybersecurity, financial services regulation, professional communication, and innovation.
