Current Openings for Crane Operator Jobs in Zambia and Related Positions

• 80-Ton Mobile Crane Operator (1 Position)
  • At least 5 years’ experience operating 80-ton or larger mobile cranes (XCMG, SANY or equivalent)
  • Valid crane operator certification and heavy-duty driver’s license
  • Knowledgeable in lifting plans, load charts, rigging, and safe lifting protocols
  • Experience in power transmission or construction projects preferred
  • Capable of performing daily crane inspections and basic maintenance
• Substation Fiber Optic Fusion Splicing Technician (1 Position)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in fiber optic fusion splicing for substations, power, or telecom projects
  • Proficient in fiber splicing, termination, OTDR and power meter testing, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with OPGW, ADSS cables, and communication network installation
  • Experience with SCADA or substation communication systems is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and interpret technical drawings
• Truck-Mounted Crane (Tipper Crane) Operator (3 Positions)
  • Experience operating 5-ton, 8-ton, or 25-ton truck-mounted cranes
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Familiar with crane loading, unloading, and lifting operations
  • Ability to conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance
  • Responsible, safety-conscious, and flexible to work at various project sites
• Heavy Truck Driver (1 Position)
  • At least 5 years’ experience driving heavy-duty trucks (preferably 15 tons or more)
  • Valid heavy-duty driver’s license
  • Strong safety record and awareness
  • Experience transporting construction equipment and materials preferred
  • Capable of daily vehicle inspections and basic upkeep
• High Voltage Line Electrician (Working at Heights) (5 Positions)
  • Experience in high-voltage transmission line construction or electrical installation
  • Ability to work safely at heights and outdoors
  • Experience with tower erection, conductor stringing, insulator installation, or line maintenance preferred
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures
  • Physically fit and able to travel between project sites
