Available Positions in Engineering and Construction

We are seeking qualified candidates for the following roles, open to both local and expatriate applicants where indicated:

• Construction Manager (minimum 10 years’ experience) – Expat or local – 20 months contract
• Electrical PV Supervisor – Local – 10 months contract
• Commissioning Manager & Electrical HV Supervisor (minimum 10 years’ experience) – Expat or local – 10 months contract
• Civil & Mechanical Supervisor – Local – 12 months contract
• Logistics Supervisor / Community Liaison Officer – Local (preferably from Solwezi) – 20 months contract
• HSE Manager (minimum 10 years’ experience) – Expat or local – 20 months contract
• HSE Inspector – Local – 17 months contract
• Quality Manager (minimum 10 years’ experience) – Expat or local – 20 months contract
• Quality Inspector – Local – 17 months contract

Candidate Requirements for Engineering Jobs in Solwezi

Successful applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Fluency in English with the ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Availability for the full duration of the contract assignment
• Legal authorization to work in Zambia and the ability to obtain a visa promptly
• Preference given to candidates with prior experience on solar projects in Zambia or elsewhere in Africa

Contract Terms and Benefits

• Contract durations vary by position, ranging from 10 to 20 months
• Work schedule may include a rotation system of 12 weeks on and 2 weeks off
• Weekends are generally off-duty
• Accommodation and vehicle provided for non-residents of Solwezi
