Position Overview: Marketing Analyst Jobs in Ndola

As a Marketing Analyst at Dangote Cement Zambia, you will play a critical role in gathering and synthesizing market and competitor intelligence to support strategic planning and execution. Your insights will directly influence forecasting, demand planning, pricing strategies, and performance measurement across both domestic and export markets.

You will oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reporting at both country and group levels, while conducting detailed customer and segment analysis to drive tactical and strategic interventions. Additionally, you will develop and implement a robust data strategy that incorporates automation and modeling to enhance analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market and competitor data to guide strategic decisions.
• Support monthly and weekly forecasting and demand planning efforts.
• Monitor pricing and conduct margin analysis for domestic and export markets.
• Manage performance measurement and reporting at country and group levels.
• Lead customer and segment analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Design and implement data strategies, including automation and modeling tools.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
• Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MySQL, and Power BI.
• Minimum of four to five years of relevant work experience.

Skills and Competencies

• Understanding of industry trends, regulations, and challenges in cement manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Dangote Cement product lines and service offerings.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
