This full-time position requires an experienced Site/Construction Supervisor to manage daily operations on solar photovoltaic (PV) installation sites. The successful candidate will ensure that construction activities comply with design specifications, quality benchmarks, and regulatory standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for solar PV projects.
• Manage installation teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure strict adherence to project plans, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Conduct daily inspections, monitor progress, and resolve site issues promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Oversee logistics including material deliveries and equipment utilization.
• Keep accurate records of site activities, work schedules, and quality checks.
• Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction supervision, ideally within renewable energy or electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, construction workflows, and safety protocols.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems is advantageous.
