Commercial Sales Manager (B2B) – Engineering Jobs in Lusaka & Ndola

Location: Lusaka or Ndola
Reporting to: B2B Manager

As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will spearhead growth initiatives within the B2B segment, targeting industrial, commercial, and mining clients. Your responsibilities will include expanding commercial volumes, securing new business, and nurturing long-term customer relationships across fuels, LPG, lubricants, Rubis Card, and other energy products.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in energy, oil marketing, mining, or industrial sectors
• Experience in lubricants or technical product sales is advantageous
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

Engineering Services Lead – Lusaka

Location: Lusaka
Reporting to: Operations Manager

The Engineering Services Lead will manage all engineering, maintenance, and project execution activities, ensuring that operations are safe, compliant, and cost-efficient. This role demands leadership in overseeing contractor management and maintaining industrial or infrastructure assets.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• Membership in the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
• Minimum 7 years of relevant engineering experience, including 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven skills in project execution, contractor oversight, and asset maintenance
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
