• Attend and actively participate in relevant staff meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to fulfill kitchen and menu-related duties.
• Advise management on menu development, kitchen operations, and inventory management.
• Promptly report emergencies or operational issues to supervisors.
• Design and implement menus aligned with the nutritional needs and preferences of the community.
• Prepare diverse dishes with consistent quality, presentation, and adherence to healthy nutrition principles.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor inventory and prepare monthly and weekly supply requisitions.
• Manage food costs and minimize waste effectively.
• Support special events and seasonal menu offerings in collaboration with management.
• Maintain exemplary kitchen cleanliness, working closely with housekeeping staff.
• Operate and maintain kitchen appliances, reporting any repair needs promptly.

Qualifications and Skills for Chef Jobs in Ndola
