Position Overview: Human Resource Officer Jobs in Zambia
The Human Resource Officer will play a key role in implementing the company’s human resource strategy in alignment with global policies. Working closely with the Regional HR Manager, you will help attract, manage, develop, and retain talent to meet the organization’s current and future objectives. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Zambia.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional HR projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal clients.
- Manage HR data using global HR tools, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure consistent application and respect for HR policies and procedures.
- Provide advisory support on employment law, HR policies, compliance, and disciplinary matters under the supervision of the HR Manager.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in HR, with strong exposure to employee relations and disciplinary processes.
- Experience in medical aid administration and employee wellbeing management.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies effectively.
