Available Positions for Multiple Hospitality Jobs in Kabwe

1. Operations Supervisor (1 Position)

Location: Kabwe    Monthly Salary: ZMW 5,000

The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations across departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, security, maintenance, transport, stock control, guest services, reporting, and staff performance management.

• Grade 12 Certificate with credit or better in English Language
• Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, electronic records, and SharePoint
• Strong supervisory, communication, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to enforce company policies firmly and fairly
• Previous experience in hospitality operations or business supervision is advantageous

2. Chef (1 Position)

Location: Kabwe    Monthly Salary: ZMW 4,000

The Chef will prepare meals according to the approved lodge menu, maintain food quality, control portions, contribute to food costing, minimize wastage, and ensure professional meal presentation.

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Certificate in Catering, Food Production, Hospitality, or related field
• Experience as a chef in lodges, restaurants, guesthouses, or hotels
• Ability to prepare all meals as per approved recipes and portions
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, stock control, and proper food storage
• Honest, clean, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision

3. Assistant Chef (1 Position)

Location: Kabwe    Monthly Salary: ZMW 2,500

The Assistant Chef supports food preparation, kitchen cleaning, food service, dishwashing, stock handling, and general kitchen operations under the Chef’s guidance.

• Grade 12 Certificate with a pass in English Language
• Some experience in food preparation, kitchen work, or catering preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain hygiene standards
• Clean, hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn
• Basic catering training is an advantage

4. Receptionists (2 Positions)

Location: Kabwe    Monthly Salary: ZMW 2,500

Receptionists will manage guest reception, reservations, check-ins and check-outs, receipts, guest records, payments, room inspections, and guest service support.

• Grade 12 Certificate with a pass in English Language
• Clear and polite communication skills
• Basic computer literacy is a plus
• Accurate record-keeping and responsible payment handling
• Honest, presentable, reliable, and customer-focused
• Previous experience in reception or customer service preferred
• Willingness to work shifts including nights

5. Housekeepers (2 Positions)

Location: Kabwe    Monthly Salary: ZMW 2,000

Housekeepers will ensure guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, laundry, and linen are clean, fresh, and well-arranged for guests.

• Experience in housekeeping, lodge or hotel cleaning, laundry, or hospitality preferred
• Hospitality or housekeeping training is an advantage
• Clean, hardworking, honest, reliable, and attentive to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleanliness standards

6. Farm Assistant (1 Position)

Location: Kabwe    Monthly Salary: ZMW 2,000    Accommodation: Free accommodation provided

The Farm Assistant will assist with poultry care, gardening, farm maintenance, feeding, watering, cleaning, planting, weeding, harvesting, and other farm duties as assigned.

• Some experience in poultry and gardening required
• Ability to care for chickens, maintain cleanliness, support feeding routines, and report health concerns
• Support vegetable gardening and general farm work
• Hardworking, honest, reliable, and willing to live on or near the farm
• Ready to perform practical, hands-on tasks
