As a Site Supervisor & Quality Control Officer, you will play a pivotal role within the Operations Department by ensuring high standards across all client sites. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough site inspections, auditing service quality, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client expectations. This contract role demands a proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits for prospective clients and assist with site assessments and quotations.
  • Perform routine inspections and quality audits on active client sites.
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Verify availability and correct usage of cleaning chemicals, consumables, equipment, and PPE at all sites.
  • Identify shortages, damages, and operational gaps; prepare replenishment requests accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed reports on site audits, inspections, and compliance findings.
  • Supervise staff attendance, appearance, conduct, and performance on assigned sites.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies.
  • Investigate client complaints and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Support the Operations Officer in implementing operational improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, inventory checks, and corrective measures.
  • Provide regular operational updates and recommendations to management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in operations supervision, facilities management, cleaning services, construction, or related industries.
  • Valid driver’s licence with the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
  • Strong skills in report writing and site inspection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good understanding of workplace health and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and perform frequent field visits.
