- Welcome and assist clients and visitors courteously, maintaining a positive and professional front office image.

- Monitor missed appointments and take appropriate action within 24 hours to ensure client compliance.
- Support administrative projects such as file inspections and archiving.
- Report any issues involving clients, staff, or technical equipment to relevant supervisors or departments.
- Assist with scheduling and maintenance of clinical equipment as required.
- Adhere strictly to Mary Begg Health Services’ policies, code of conduct, and confidentiality agreements.
- Participate in departmental training sessions and deliver presentations on assigned topics.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in front office operations.
- Proficiency with business information systems or customer relationship management software.
- Experience in Occupational Health is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Previous records management experience is considered an asset.
