Position Overview: Intern – Operations Support Staff (3 vacancies)

Reporting directly to the Unit Supervisor, successful interns will assist in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop practical skills in administration, payment facilitation, and operational reporting within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities for Operations Support Internship Jobs in Lusaka

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the team
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports accurately and on time
• Facilitate payment processing activities in accordance with set procedures
• Undertake additional tasks as delegated by the Unit Supervisor to support unit objectives

Candidate Profile and Minimum Requirements

• Possession of a Grade 12 Certificate
• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields from a recognized university
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the financial industry

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Familiarity with financial services, microfinance, loan processing, or banking operations is advantageous
• Proficiency in computer applications and software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with colleagues
