Position Overview: Branch Coordinator
The Branch Coordinator will play a pivotal leadership role by managing daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and driving key performance indicators such as loan disbursement, collections, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity. Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, certified by ZAQA.
- At least five years of experience in financial services, including a minimum of two years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of credit products, customer service excellence, and operational controls.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of managing team performance and achieving results.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.
- High integrity, emotional intelligence, and a steadfast commitment to compliance.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
