As an Operations & Logistics Assistant, you will play a vital role in coordinating logistics activities, managing transport operations, and supporting warehousing functions. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery within the supply chain.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Proficient IT and computer skills to support operational tasks
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, transport coordination, warehousing, or administrative support
• Familiarity with import and export procedures
• Knowledge of trucking operations, fleet monitoring, and transport management
• Understanding of regional clearing and forwarding procedures is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies

• CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport) certification or equivalent logistics training
• Experience in warehouse operations and transport monitoring
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous record-keeping ability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
