• Diploma or Certificate in Fine Arts, Creative Arts, Education, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience teaching or facilitating arts and crafts in formal or informal settings
• Strong artistic and creative abilities
• Ability to engage effectively with children and youth
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable personality
