About the Position
As a Station Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the service station, guaranteeing the safe and efficient sale of petroleum products and LPG. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining asset integrity, controlling inventory, driving sales, managing finances, and fostering a high-performance team environment.
Key Responsibilities for Station Manager Jobs in Lusaka
- Oversee all aspects of daily station operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient sale of petroleum products and LPG.
- Drive sales across fuel, non-fuel, oil, and LPG product lines.

Qualifications and Experience

- At least two years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry, FMCG, Marketing, or Sales.
