Role Overview for Solutions Specialist Jobs in Lusaka

As a Solutions Specialist at Repro Ltd, you will be responsible for architecting and deploying integrated IT solutions that support client growth and satisfaction. Your primary duties include assessing client workflows, deploying core software platforms, and collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. You will also play a key role in pre-sales activities and client engagement, delivering compelling technical presentations and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation (40%)
  Evaluate client environments and design integrated hardware and software solutions. Deploy and configure EDMS, print management, and cybersecurity platforms. Coordinate onboarding and project execution to achieve a 90%+ on-time deployment success rate.
• Sales Enablement & Client Engagement (30%)
  Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams on technical discovery and proposals. Deliver at least 15 solution demos per quarter targeting a 50% conversion rate, contributing to a 20% annual revenue growth in solutions sales.
• Training, Support & Process Optimization (20%)
  Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting. Conduct user training workshops and maintain detailed technical documentation. Aim for 80% positive feedback from training sessions.
• Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement (10%)
  Monitor technology trends and competitor offerings. Submit quarterly market analysis or technology trend reports to inform portfolio enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in IT solutions, digital transformation, systems integration, or business process automation.
• Technical certifications such as Project Management or Microsoft 365 are advantageous.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in enterprise document management, print management architectures, cybersecurity solutions, and IT workflow design.
• Communication & Presentation: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.
• Project & Time Management: Experience managing multiple client deployments within structured timelines.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Skilled at identifying operational challenges and designing scalable, cost-effective digital solutions.
