As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients through weekly prospecting efforts and arranging property sales presentations. You will engage with prospective buyers, highlighting the advantages of investing in our residential and commercial properties. Your role will also involve leading property awareness campaigns through direct client visits and distributing marketing materials to promote our developments.

You will be expected to locate serious buyers ready to proceed with purchases at acceptable prices, schedule property viewings, and provide detailed information on new market listings and competitor activity. Maintaining accurate client records, following up on payments, and supporting the handover process alongside the property management, sales, and engineering teams will be essential aspects of your duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly client prospecting to identify and engage potential buyers.
• Organize and deliver property sales presentations to outline benefits of Silverest Gardens and Autumn Village Housing Complex.
• Lead property awareness campaigns by visiting clients and distributing marketing communications.
• Identify buyers prepared to purchase and negotiate acceptable prices.
• Arrange appointments and conduct property viewings for interested buyers.
• Distribute updates on new properties and monitor market trends and competitor information.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client details and transaction records.
• Follow up on payments with existing clients to ensure timely settlements.
• Participate in the house handover process in coordination with relevant departments and clients.
• Prepare contracts for property, shop, and plot acquisitions.
• Develop and manage payment plans for clients.
• Update client databases with contact information and payment statuses.
• Contribute to sales strategic planning and undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
