• Forecast inventory needs including food, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies

• Maintain and enhance the restaurant’s public image
• Manage operational costs and implement waste reduction measures
• Prepare detailed financial and operational reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
• Promote the brand locally through events and word-of-mouth marketing
• Develop marketing initiatives such as discounts and social media campaigns
• Train new and existing employees on customer service best practices
• Implement policies to sustain future restaurant operations

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager
• Demonstrated customer service management skills
• Comprehensive food and beverage knowledge with the ability to inform staff and customers about menu items
• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable and PeachWorks
• Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent financial management capabilities
• BSc degree in Business Administration preferred; hospitality management or culinary education is a plus
