About the Property Consultant Role

The successful candidate will play a critical role in promoting and selling company plots and real estate products. You will engage prospective clients, facilitate property viewings, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities for Property Consultant Jobs in Livingstone

• Market and sell company-owned plots and real estate offerings.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct marketing efforts.
• Follow up promptly on inquiries and convert prospects into confirmed sales.
• Conduct property viewings and site inspections with potential buyers.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships during and after the sales process.
• Provide accurate and detailed information on available properties, pricing, and payment plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 Certificate with a minimum of five credits including English and Mathematics.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or real estate is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
