This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators to contribute to mining and heavy equipment operations located outside Ndola.

About the Role

These full-time positions are based at mining and construction operations outside Ndola, Zambia. Successful candidates will play a critical role in supporting the mining and heavy equipment industry by ensuring safe and efficient operation of machinery and equipment.

Candidate Requirements for Operator Jobs in Zambia Mining

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience in mining or heavy equipment operation
• Possession of valid operating qualifications or certificates
• At least two traceable professional references
• Mature, physically fit, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Willingness to relocate to the project site outside Ndola
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Technical aptitude with analytical problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to safety and adherence to operational protocols
• Multi-skilled operators will be given preference
