Available Positions and Responsibilities

1. Drill Supervisor (2 Positions)

Role Summary: Lead on-site safety and operational management to maximize drilling rig productivity.

  • Provide daily safety leadership ensuring compliance with HSE and legislative requirements.
  • Promote a safe work environment and supervise drilling operations to meet production targets.
  • Identify training needs and oversee implementation of approved training plans.
  • Monitor crew performance and enforce operational standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years hands-on drilling experience (RC, Diamond, RAB, Water Bore Drilling).
  • At least 2 years in a Drill Supervisor role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage diverse crews under pressure; successful pre-employment medical required.

2. Diamond Driller (3 Positions)

Role Summary: Conduct professional drilling operations to achieve production goals safely and efficiently.

  • Operate diamond and RC drill rigs following company and client standards.
  • Train and mentor national drilling crews and maintain equipment through inspections and servicing.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and site-specific procedures.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and assist with mechanical repairs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years drilling experience excluding offsiding.
  • Experience in RC exploration, grade control, diamond drilling, and booster equipment operation.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of rig and vehicle mechanics.
  • Excellent safety awareness; must pass pre-employment medical examination.

3. Driller Assistant (6 Positions)

Role Summary: Support Drillers in operational tasks while maintaining safety and compliance.

  • Assist in drilling activities and handle drill rods and consumables safely.
  • Manage core/percussion samples and maintain site cleanliness.
  • Support rig mobilisations and accurately record production data.
  • Promote safe work practices and report hazards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Grade 12 Certificate; prior drilling or mining experience advantageous.
  • Physically fit and able to work in remote locations on rotational shifts.
  • Strong safety awareness, teamwork, communication, and record-keeping skills.
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus.

4. Driver (3 Positions)

Role Summary: Safely transport personnel, equipment, and materials supporting drilling operations.

  • Operate vehicles in compliance with company and site regulations.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report defects or incidents.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and operationally ready.
  • Transport employees and approved materials with proper documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Valid PSV and Class C or CE Driver’s Licence.
  • Minimum 3 years’ driving experience in mining or remote environments.
  • Good knowledge of road safety and defensive driving certification preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and successful pre-employment medical required.

5. Chef (2 Positions)

Role Summary: Prepare quality meals and maintain food safety standards for employees and visitors.

  • Prepare meals according to approved menus and present them to high standards.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, stock monitoring, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with menu planning and supervise kitchen assistants as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience in camp, hospitality, or mining environments preferred.
  • Strong organisational, time management, communication, and teamwork skills.

6. Cleaner (3 Positions)

Role Summary: Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment across designated areas.

  • Clean and sanitize offices, kitchens, washrooms, and other facilities.
  • Perform floor care, waste disposal, dusting, and replenishment of supplies.
  • Report maintenance issues and adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with event setup and cleanup as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience advantageous.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment with strong attention to detail.
  • Physically fit, reliable, and committed to workplace safety.
