Role Overview: Mechanical Fabricator Welder Jobs in Lusaka

The primary purpose of this role is to accurately assemble and fit metal components by interpreting engineering drawings and ensuring precise alignment. Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to guide fabrication and assembly.

• Conduct visual inspections and use precision measuring tools to ensure product accuracy and quality.
• Operate machinery including drills, saws, and grinders safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to maintain optimal functionality.
• Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 School Certificate and Craft Certificate.
• Intermediate computer skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in metal fabrication and fitting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to supervise tasks effectively.
