This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from 4,000 to 4,500 ZMW.

Key Responsibilities for Marketing Officer Jobs in Kitwe

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote medical garments to healthcare institutions and uniform buyers.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities, establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Conduct product presentations, fittings, and follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate quotations and sales reports while consistently meeting monthly sales targets.
• Represent the company at tenders, health exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
• Gather and communicate market feedback concerning product designs, sizing, and fabric preferences to support production improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities for effective tracking and reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Valid driver’s license is essential; owning a vehicle is advantageous.
• Residency within the Copperbelt region is required, with preference given to Kitwe residents.
• Experience marketing uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), or medical supplies is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
