You will be responsible for interpreting production instructions accurately and operating industrial sewing machines safely to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture curtains, sheers, pelmets, cushion covers, and other soft furnishings according to approved specifications
• Read and interpret production sheets and measurements with precision
• Operate industrial sewing machines efficiently and safely
• Maintain high standards of production quality and minimize fabric wastage
• Meet daily and weekly production goals while keeping a clean and organized workstation
• Report any defects immediately and assist with quality inspections
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members to support continuous improvement
• Adhere to company procedures, health and safety protocols, and quality standards

Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in curtain tailoring or a related production environment
• Proven ability to operate industrial sewing machines and produce a variety of soft furnishings
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured production systems
• Good spoken and written English communication skills
• Physical fitness to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
