About the Logistics Officer Role

As a Logistics Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless logistics operations at Wideway International’s Kamfinsa location along the Kitwe-Ndola dual-carriage way. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end transportation process, support inventory and warehousing activities, and implement improvements to streamline logistics workflows.

Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and international trade practices.
• Membership or affiliation with the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) is desirable.
• Proven experience in staff management is an advantage.
