About the Role – IT Support Jobs in Lusaka

As an IT Support Staff member at Chrilan Technologies Ltd, you will provide first-line technical support to our clients, ensuring their systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve assisting with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as diagnosing hardware, network, and software issues. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Assist with software setup, configuration, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, network, internet, and software-related issues.
• Escalate complex technical problems to specialized teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of support issues and their resolutions.
• Support system updates, resets, and provide basic user training when required.
• Ensure professional and timely communication with clients at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate and a Diploma in IT or related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, organized, and professional in all work activities.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in IT support, software support, or helpdesk roles.
• Familiarity with POS, accounting, or invoicing systems.
