Key Responsibilities for the General Manager Position

Oversee sales, marketing, procurement, stock management, and customer service functions.
Set and meet ambitious sales and business performance targets.

Ensure robust stock control to minimize losses and maintain inventory accuracy.
Create and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clientele.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Strong understanding of the tyre and automotive market dynamics.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Effective negotiation and customer relationship management expertise.
Outstanding communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
A valid driver’s licence is considered an advantage.
