About the Electrician Position
As an electrician at Trade Zone Limited, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of various electrical systems. Your expertise will support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical control panels, wiring, lighting, and related components across industrial and commercial settings.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting systems, and control equipment
- Interpret technical diagrams and blueprints to execute electrical tasks accurately
- Conduct routine electrical maintenance and inspections of transformers, circuit breakers, and other components
- Troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate testing devices and tools
- Perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and related equipment
- Maintain knowledge of heating and air conditioning electrical systems and testing methodologies
Qualifications and Experience for Electrician Jobs in Lusaka
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate with at least five (5) “O” Levels
- Diploma, Degree, or Craft Certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working as an electrician
- Proven experience with industrial and commercial electrical systems
