About the Electrician Role
As an Electrician at Gogreen Agro Ltd, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our production facilities. Your expertise will ensure that electrical systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and plant machinery function optimally. You will be responsible for both reactive troubleshooting and proactive maintenance to minimize downtime and uphold safety standards.
Key Responsibilities for Electrician Jobs in Lusaka
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, PLCs, and various plant machinery.
- Perform preventive maintenance on production lines, conveyors, and packaging equipment.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures and electrical codes.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to reduce production interruptions.
- Operate and maintain diesel generators (DG) as required.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to meet operational demands.
